Order Process & Time Frames
Ordering
We typically need 24 hours to design your banner for you and it usually takes our graphic designers a couple of hours to design this style as it is fairly complex. This is what the $29 design fee goes toward. We then send you a proof to your email showing you how your design will look. You can approve it, at which point we go to print or you can request a free change at which point we will amend and resend. We amend and resend till you are happy, at no extra charge, and then we print and ship.Shipping Your Art

Your prints are sent to you in a tube if you ordered a rolled print or in a custom-sized, double-walled cardboard shipping crate if you ordered the "Stretched" canvas option. We ship using a variety of couriers based on the size, location, and deadlines we need to meet but you can be satisfied with the knowledge that your Artwork is insured so you will not have to pay for a replacement if anything happens to your art on the way to you. Shipping time takes about 5 days but if you are n a hurry, you can purchase a Downloadable Gift certificate which can be provided within the hour or a physical gift certificate which can be sent overnight.
