1. We will contact you upon placement of order to confirm your order by phone before you are billed (your order will not be processed before we speak with you).

2. The quality of our canvas printing is second to none. If you're not happy with the quality of anything we do, we will replace it - no questions asked.

3. If your piece is damaged in transit, just send it back for a replacement free of charge.

4. You will never see a designer print or photograph on our website to be found anywhere else. All our work is exclusive to us.

5. We only print with fadeproof, archival inks. These inks are rated for 70+ years. If your print fades, send it back and we will replace it.
